For my process with this project, I took a trip up to the mountains I Spencer Idaho while my family was camping. One evening as the sun was going down, I wanted to capture the mountains at dusk, so after a short drive on my families ranger, I found a beautiful spot secluded from the muddy road with some untouched gods country. The mountains are my common factor for this project, and so included all sorts of different things we see while up in elevation. From the trees, the stumps, deer tracks and just the plain beauty of the earth, these photos show the landscape in different ways, both up close and from afar. For the last photo of the snow close up, I took a photo of ice and blended it with the snow on top of the stump to give the nice ice texture. A sample of that texture is inlcuded at the bottom.
